Delivery Information

We use third party carriers for all our deliveries.

• Normal delivery times are between 2-4 working days from date of order processing. Please note if your order is placed after 2pm on a Friday or on a weekend day, it will not be processed until the following Monday.
• Our standard delivery charges are for delivery to a "main UK postcode address" only. This excludes Northern Ireland, Isle of man and the Channel islands. All Scotland postcodes outside Glasgow and Edinburgh are excluded. Contact us for a special delivery price before ordering if you are in these areas.
• Any failure to accept a delivery by a customer can lead to a charge for re-delivery being made, and we reserve the right to pass this on.
• Because we use an economy carrier service to keep costs down, we cannot provide any tracking information on your order.
