Delivery Information

We use third party carriers for all our deliveries.

Normal delivery times are between 2-4 working days from date of order processing. Please note if your order is placed after 2pm on a Friday or on a weekend day, it will not be processed until the following Monday.
Our standard delivery charges are for delivery to a "main UK postcode address" only. This excludes Northern Ireland, Isle of man and the Channel islands. All Scotland postcodes outside Glasgow and Edinburgh are excluded. Contact us for a special delivery price before ordering if you are in these areas.
Any failure to accept a delivery by a customer can lead to a charge for re-delivery being made, and we reserve the right to pass this on.
Because we use an economy carrier service to keep costs down, we cannot provide any tracking information on your order.
